Two of Pevoje's founders created the concept and founded Avatron Park which was envisioned as a large-scale destination entertainment resort in the Atlanta market, designed to deliver immersive attractions inspired by globally recognized entertainment brands. The project combined themed experiences with hospitality, retail, and residential components, supported by significant public-private collaboration and institutional financing. With commitments for nearly $1 billion in planned investment, the development involved partnerships with leading entertainment studios, design firms, financial institutions, and government agencies to bring a world-class entertainment destination to the region.  Avatron featured exclusive Hollywood content and the park included 3 Hotels with 500 Rooms, 300,000 sq. ft of Retail plus Multi-family Housing.  A $930 million investment with $152 million in tax credits committed by the State of Georgia and $400 million debt and $378 million equity committed by various investment banks and sovereign funds.

Our team successfully completed the following:

• Developed the business, financial and investment plans, sophisticated financial models, PR and Marketing plans.
